Terms

Credit card or Check-By-Phone (ACH) for approved accounts. It is the responsibility of each QLS account holder to maintain a valid credit card on file. QLS does not accept money orders for payment.

Sales Tax

QLS customers, as part of the account registration process, are required to provide their tax number and a copy of their resale tax certificate.

Freight & Minimum Order

The minimum order requirement is $50. For orders shipped in the continental United States, freight is prepaid on orders of $300 or more.

Order Turnaround

Orders received by 10am in the time zone your shipping address is located will be either delivered or shipped the same day.

Add-On Policy & Special Orders

After an order is submitted, it is sent immediately to the warehouse for processing. Therefore, you will be unable to add additional products to an existing order. A new order must be placed and will be subject to standard freight and minimum order requirements. Please contact QLS Customer Support to place a special order

Backorders

All QLS orders are ship and cancel. Backordered items must be reordered.

Shortages/Damaged Shipments

Any shortage or damage claim must be reported to QLS Customer Support within 48 hours of receipt of order.
